Rating poor service, not a product. I love design.

I think that products are overall good quality but customer service and experience could be improved. First, I struggled and wait for message back because I wanted to send gift and I got no adress, than my sister received watch but without message (note) that I write for her and that was almost most important part of the gift. She end up calling branch to ask who send gift because she got no anything written inside. Maybe it was misunderstanding, but they confirmed me on Whatsapp that they include my message and that they are sending it, and it will be delivered soon. Honestly, It coursed us a bit problem with her husband and almost all her birthday pass until she received gift but unfortunately no congratulations card from my family. It's supposed to be perfect gift as she is really active on social media like this end up funny and like a joke which made me sad.
